spring break in ONE MONTH!!! colon cleanse?
spring break is in A MONTH! i am going to FL with 8 of my best friends and need to be skinny! i dont need to lose much.. i just wanna tone up and tighten. i currently work out 4x a week and eat relatively healthy… but am considering doing a colon cleanse? does anyone know if they acctually work? i am in college and live in a dorm so i cant do anything too extreme because i dont even have a sink in my room…

im kinda in the same situation your in right now. truthfully i have done colon cleanses in the past and they do work relatively well. depending on how much you wanna flush out of your system, there are different kinds to use as far as i know.
